Veterans service representatives are available in each county and through veteran organizations to assist Arkansas' veterans in filing benefit claims.

Retiree Activities Office (RAO)

The purpose of the Retiree Activities Office (RAO) at Little Rock Air Force Base is to assist all retirees of all services with whatever their need might be. It applies to all retirees, their family members and surviving spouses. The RAO can assist active duty and veterans in applying for VA disability, assist retirees with retired pay problems, TRICARE problems or just about any other issues that might arise. The RAO also has volunteers working at the base clinic in the pharmacy call-in.
